"Let's face it, recovery has become big business. At Back On Track, we’re bringing things back to basics. You won’t have to bring a lot of money. You will need honesty, willingness, and an open mind." The staff at our facility, known as The Fortress, have all been right where you are. It is our shared experience that makes us perfectly suited to reach back and extend a hand of friendship as you embark upon your new journey. Ours is a humble, holistic approach to recovery. You’ll be surrounded and supported by kind, like-minded people all pursuing a better life through recovery.
Residents explore the various programs available and design a program that is unique to their needs. You need to know this: the waters ahead will be rough, and the sailing not always so smooth. We’re going to try to convince you that you should love yourself enough not to put things into your body that shouldn’t be there. That life is too precious to waste another day being wasted. All we can promise is that if you stay the course and weather the storm, eventually, the skies will clear, and the sun will come out. Mental and physical health will be restored. Loved ones will return, families may be strengthened, and new friendships will be made. Addiction is born where love does not exist, so, therefore, love is the cure.

Our Beginning.
IT ALL STARTED WHEN… I started my journey on February 19th 2010. I was at a recovery house, when I was offered the position of Monitor. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our funding ceased. I was faced with a challenge. And so, I decided to seize the opportunity and borrow money to find a home for myself and the other remaining clients.
Almost immediately, I began to receive a flood of calls for people asking for help. “If you build it, they will come.” (Quote from Field of Dreams). I knew almost immediately that I had found my calling. It has been 8 years, 6 houses and 1200 clients later and I am still following my passion for helping others.
“My wish would be to see everyone get to a place in their lives where they can actually say: I’m Happy! Recovery has done that for me, it has been the best decision I have ever made” - Robynn Poynter (Owner/Director)
